05-Dec-2013 - On Wednesday, December 4, the Board of the African Development Bank Group approved the Fully Flexible Loan Product, which was developed in response to borrower demand and embeds risk-management features currently offered through the Bank’s risk management products, including sovereign and sovereign-guaranteed loans.
It also introduces a maturity-based pricing structure for sovereign guaranteed borrowers that would allow them to select the loan profiles that match their funding needs and debt-management capacities.
