MCP currently manages over €220 million in assets through two previous generalist funds investing in North Africa.

An investigation conducted by the AfDB’s Office of Integrity and Anti-Corruption established that ECUR engaged in a fraudulent practice in the execution of a road rehabilitation project in Mali: The company submitted a forged bank guarantee to secure an advance payment on a works contract financed by the AfDB.

13-Sep-2017 - The world’s six largest multilateral developments banks (MDBs) continued to make a strong contribution to the global climate challenge in 2016, increasing their climate financing in developing countries and emerging economies last year to US $27.4 billion from US $25 billion in 2015.
Of this amount, US $21.2 billion −or 77 per cent − was dedicated to climate mitigation finance, with the remaining 23 per cent devoted to climate adaptation.
