Tunis, 22 October 2008 – The African Development Bank Group (AfDB), through its Private Sector Window, has approved the provision of a senior loan of US$ 150 million to finance the Hasdrubal Oil and Gas Field Development Project, located in the Gulf of Gabes, in Tunisia.

Tunis, 16 October 2008 – The African Development Bank Group’s Board of Governors on Tuesday 15 Oct. 2008 in Tunis, approved a US$ 32 million private sector loan to Tema Osonor Plant Limited, a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Ghana to finance the country’s Tema Power Project. 

Tunis, Tunisia, 21 October 2009 – The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group and the Malawi Government signed a USD 60 million (UA 38.42 million) loan and grant agreements on Wednesday, 21 October 2009 in Tunis, to enable the country improve its road network.
