Tunis, le 9 décembre 2009 - Le Conseil d’administration de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD) a approuvé à Tunis, le 9 décembre 2009, un prêt de 162 millions d’euros destiné à financer un programme d’appui au développement du secteur financier (PADESFI) du Maroc.

Ethiopia: US$ 131.5 Million ADF Loan for Electricity Project
Tunis, 20 December 2006 – The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group will support the Ethiopian government’s rural electrification project with a loan of 87.20 million Units of Account (UA*), equivalent to US$ 131.47 million, approved on Wednesday in Tunis by the Board of Directors of the African Development Fund (ADF), the concessional window of the AfDB Group.

La projet vise à désigner Nedbank comme mandataire de la BAD et à lui accorder une délégation de crédits basée sur le partage des risques (RSAL), dont les ressources seront utilisées pour investir dans les projets pertinents remplissant les conditions requises. La RSAL sera utilisée par le mandataire pour accorder des prêts à des emprunteurs identifiés, en vue du financement de sous-projets spécifiques.

The Acting Vice President for the North, South and East operations of the ADB Group, Mrs. Zeinab El Bakri, and the Malawi Ambassador to Egypt, Mr.Yahya M’Madi, signed today in Tunis a loan agreement for the Support to Good Governance Program. The Bank Group’s contribution for the financing of this project amounts to 12 million Units of Account (UA*), equivalent to US$ 18.38 million.
