Africa Resilience Forum
The Africa Resilience Forum was conceived to kick off an Africa region process of bringing together key partners to reflect on policies and approaches in support of African countries on issues of conflict prevention, peace and state building initiatives at regional and country-level.
About the third edition
More than 300 attendees are expected at the headquarters of the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire for the third edition of the Africa Resilience Forum (ARF), which is to be held from 4-6 March, 2019.
This year’s forum is themed: "Fragility, Migration and Resilience."
The Forum will enable participants, which will include senior members of governments, representatives of international organizations, leading members of civil society, academics and businesspersons, to discuss the ongoing challenges posed by migration - security, youth unemployment, gender issues, and the effects of climate change.
