Abebe Aemro Selassie

Abebe Aemro Selassie is an Assistant Director in the IMF’s African Department. He currently heads the teams working on South Africa and the Regional Economic Outlook for sub-Saharan Africa<http:>. Previously at the IMF he worked on a number of emerging markets countries, including Romania, Thailand, Turkey and Poland, as well as a range of policy issues. Before joining the IMF, he worked for the Government of Ethiopia.</http:>
