Working Papers - Information For Contributors
The African Development Bank’s Working Paper Series is interested in publishing policyoriented non-technical papers on African development issues. The main purpose of the Working Paper Series is to disseminate findings of work in progress, to encourage the exchange of ideas about development issues across the African continent, and to enhance the process of knowledge generation by forging a feedback mechanism between research and filed experiences. The Series aims at sharing such findings and ideas without requiring them to be fully polished. Papers submitted are therefore encouraged to being considered elsewhere for a more formal publication. The publication of a Working Paper is offered to all professionals as long as the topic of the paper is relevant to Africa’s development and its quality measures up to the standard of the Series. Manuscripts, which are deemed suitable, will be peer-reviewed, whereby peers normally make their decision within one month after the receipt of the manuscript.
