EOI - Angola - (Consulting Services) Owners Engineer For The Construction Of The Huambo-Lubango 400kv Transmission Line And Associated Substations

The Government of Angola has applied for financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) toward the cost of the Energy Sector Efficiency and Expansion Programme Phase I (ESEEP-I), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan, to payments under the contract with an Owners Engineer for the construction of the Huambo-Lubango 400kV transmission line and associated substations. Disbursement in respect of any Contract signed, will be subject to approval of the financing by the Bank
