The Government of Kenya has received financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the Kenya Towns Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Program. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Olkalou Sewerage System.

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, 18 July 2019 –The Board of Directors of the African Development Bank Group on Wednesday approved a $8 million-targeted financing to Kenya’s Credit Bank for lending exclusively to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in construction, agriculture, renewable energy and manufacturing.
