Ghana - Accra Urban Transport Project Phase 1 -Summary ESIA - 11 2015

This ESIA summary is prepared in accordance with the African Development Bank’s (AfDB) Integrated Safeguard System (ISS) and Environmental Assessment Procedures (ESAP). It also complies with applicable national requirements. It fulfils the ISS requirements for category 1 projects. It provides information on project activities; anticipated impacts of the project activities; measures to be put in place to mitigate identified adverse impacts; and institutional arrangements to facilitate implementation and monitoring of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).
